Shipping Policy
At Snugglebabies, our goal is to offer you the best shipping option to make your shopping experience affordable, no matter where you live, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Shipping Options:
- Free Shipping on orders above $35
- $10.00 Shipping Fee on orders under $35
Note: All applicable shipping charges will show in your cart during check-out.
Handling and Delivery Time:
Our Bouquets are custom made. Depending on the level of customization and the number of current orders, shipping time will vary.
Most items you should receive within 2-3 weeks or sooner from the time you place the order. This allows us to process your order correctly, customize it for you, and get it shipped out.
Domestic Shipping: Depending on the type of product you order, most domestic packages arrive within 10 days or sooner
International shipping: Depending on the type of product you order, most International packages arrive within 26 days or sooner
All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed for processing, verification, quality check, and packaging.
For logistical reasons, some orders may not be fulfilled in the same warehouse. If you order more than one product, the purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, and you could receive them at different times, even if you've specified combined shipping.
As soon as it has already been dispatched, we will update you with a tracking code for monitoring. We entrust our packages to USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other private couriers of our own choice.
Please note that delivery is attempted on the date selected; however, if the recipient is not available when delivery is attempted, the gift will be returned to our head office, and the sender will be contacted for further direction.
A second delivery fee will be applied for delivery to be attempted a second time since a second delivery will be made.
If we discover an in-stock item is not available for whatever reason, you will be notified via email of the options available to you before your order shipping. Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason.
Damages:
We take great pride in our products; therefore, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date if your gifts arrive damaged.
Cancellation:
Our goal at Snugglebabies is to process orders efficiently for fast delivery. Orders are immediately prepared after charges are placed and cannot be changed or canceled once shipped. Once we have processed your order, we cannot issue an immediate refund or exchange until you have received it.
Custom Taxes
We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, and charges imposed by your country. If you have refused to pay, receive your package, we will not issue you any refund. Please be informed first about your country's trading policy before purchasing.
