Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Snugglebabies.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, the following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.
Our goal at Snugglebabies is to process orders efficiently for fast delivery. Orders are immediately prepared after charges are placed and cannot be changed or canceled once shipped. Once we have processed your order, we cannot issue an immediate refund or exchange until you have received it and started the return process to us.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7 days from receiving the items. Unfortunately, if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused to be eligible for a return, in the same condition as received and in original packaging. Additionally, sale items are also non-returnable.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returns that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
An exchange will be made for the same item if available or any items of the same value or greater with the difference in price paid for the more expensive item if items are defective or damaged.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed the same way as your original payment method. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note that all customers will be liable for their order's return shipping costs, and return shipping cost varies based on your geometric location.
Late or missing refunds
Haven't received your refund yet? Please make sure to check your bank account. It may take some time to process your refund before it is visible on your account. If there was a mistake with processing your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
