Shipping Policy

At Snugglebabies, our goal is to offer you the best shipping option to make your shopping experience affordable, no matter where you live, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Shipping Options:

-  Enjoy Free Shipping within Canada on all orders that are $35 or more ship via standard ground delivery

- All orders under $35.00 within Canada ship for a flat rate of $10.00

Handling and Delivery Time: 

Domestic Shipping: Depending on the type of product you order, most domestic packages leaves our warehouse within 48 hours from the time you place the order to arrive within 3-10 business days. This allows us to process your order correctly, customize it for you, and get it shipped out.  Due to the effects of COVID-19, our deliveries may be delayed.  We will try our best to ensure that your package arrives promptly as possible.  Thank you for your understanding 

International shipping: We source products from different suppliers around the world that are shipped directly to you.  Depending on the type of product you order, most International packages arrive within 26 days or sooner. Due to the effects of COVID-19, our deliveries may be delayed.  We will try our best to ensure that your package arrives promptly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed for processing, verification, quality check, and packaging. 

For logistical reasons, some orders may not be fulfilled in the same warehouse. If you order more than one product, the purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, and you could receive them at different times, even if you've specified combined shipping.

As soon as it has already been dispatched, we will update you with a tracking code for monitoring. We entrust our packages to FedEx, UPS, DHL, Canada Post and other private couriers of our own choice. 

Please note if the recipient is not available when delivery is attempted, the gift will be returned to our head office and shipping cost will not be refunded. 

A second delivery fee will be applied for delivery to be attempted a second time since a second delivery will be made.

If we discover an item is not available for whatever reason, you will be notified via email of the options available to you before your order shipping. Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason.
